The Oath Foundation is a 501(c)(3) private foundation dedicated to improving the lives of women, girls and underserved youth.
Commit to impact
We encourage our team to give generously of their time and talents. Employees can take up to 24 hours a year to serve the nonprofit organizations they champion, engaging in activities ranging from mentoring students to building low-income housing, fundraising and more.

Oath has built powerful platforms for our brands to connect and inspire people to take action and make a meaningful difference. From supporting disaster relief efforts to amplifying causes, we have donated time and media to hundreds of nonprofits loved by our teams, consumers and clients.
